Renaming QuickBooks CPS Folder 1-In C program files browse through CPS folder 2-Now you will have to rename the CPS folder to CP SOLD then you need to try to update the QB payroll tax table 3. Turning Off User Account Control 1- Firstly, Select Windows + R keys together to open Run Command. Now write Control Panel in run window and enter to open. 2- Now, Select User account and then open user accounts in control panel 3- Now select change user account control settings then Go to  never notify option and press ok to deactivate UAC. 4- Then update the QB payroll
