Constipation is a very common problem for people and the main reason behind this is that in the busy life we live in, people find it hard to pay attention to what they are eating and when they are eating it. Due to this irregularity in eating habits, people start having digestive troubles. This is why it is important that you pay attention to what you are eating when you are suffering from constipation. The main reason for this is that some foods provide relief in constipation, while others make the problem even worse. The following are some foods which should be avoided when you are suffering from constipation.
