Method To Fix SFC/Scannow Stops on Window 10: 1. Update your Drivers: First, you should download the drivers and then extract them to a specific directory. After this, you should open Device Manager by pressing Windows Key + X altogether. Now, you should find the device which you wish to update and then right-click on it and then choose Update driver from the menu. Here, you should choose Browse my computer for driver software.
