Change Keyboard Power Management Settings: The user should press Windows Key + X together and then select Device Manager. Now, you should find your keyboard and then right-tap on it. Then from the menu, you should select Properties option. At this point, visit to the Power Management tab and ensure to uncheck the option of Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
