  3. 1. Change DNS Server Manually: First, you need to open Network Connections. And for this, you should hit on Windows Key + X together and then select Network Connections option. After this, you should locate your network connection and just right-click on it.  Here, you should select Properties from the menu. If Properties window opens up, then you need to choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and after this, tap on Properties button. At this point, you should choose Use the following DNS server addresses option. For Preferred DNS server, you need to enter 8.8.8.8. And for the Alternate DNS server, you should enter 8.8.4.4. Here, you can also use 208.67.222.222 as Preferred and for Alternate DNS Server, you can use 208.67.220.220. Enter your MAC Address Manually: • Find Physical Address of your Computer: • For this, you need to type cmd in the search tab from Windows 10 and then tap on Run as administrator under Command Prompt. After this, you need to enter ipconfig /all and then tap on Enter. Now, you will see the list of information on your screen. Then, just find the Physical Address and note down. Lastly, you need to close Command Prompt. • Configure your Network Connection: • You should open the Network Connections window. After this, you should locate your connection and then open its properties. If the Properties window opens up on your screen, then hit on Configure option. At this point, you should visit to the Advanced tab and then choose Network Address from the Property list. Here, you should select Value and then enter the MAC address which you got from Command Prompt. Lastly, tap on OK option to save the changes.   5. Update your Drivers Manually: For this, you need to press Windows Key + X at the same time and then select Device Manager from the list. If the Device Manager opens up on your screen, then you should locate your network adapter, and just right-click on it. At this point, select Uninstall option. Here, the confirmation dialog window will open up on your screen. If it is available, then hit on Delete driver software for this device and then tap on Uninstall option. If you delete the driver, then you should restart your PC. After your PC restarts, then you will find that the default network driver will get installed. Lastly, just check the problem is fixed or not. If you still find the issue, then you should install the latest drivers for your network device. Restart your Modem: You can fix this issue by restarting your modem. For this, you should press the power button on your modem in order to turn it off.
