  2. LIFESTYLE YOGA We are an international family trying to create an ideal fusion between Eastern wisdom and Western innovation. Apart from yoga, vedanta, ayurveda and yoga therapy, we focus on simple living in a natural environment directly on the coast of central Kerala in south India. We support the local community by offering free yoga classes and One year Teacher Training. Many of our graduates have found posts as yoga teachers in schools and government institutions.
