Management Essentials Training Description: Management Essentials is a Training program designed to help newly promoted managers to become effective leaders and start their careers with a renewed sense of optimism. When employees are promoted to be Managers, 85% of these new Managers do not receive any kind of Management training, to smoothly switch to the role of a Manager. Thus 60% of these new Managers underperform, which impacts the company’s bottom-line very badly. Management Essentials teaches that Managers should be trained to be a Leader first. A leader leads from the front and lays an example in front of their team. He is the one who faces problems and challenges situations. He fights the situation and comes out as a winner. This is how a Leader trains his team. Management Essential Training teaches that a Leader is a good Man Manager. He emphasizes a spirit of teamwork which ultimately results in better productivity. He reads each person’s strengths and weaknesses and works over them to develop every member into a winner. Hence Managers should be trained as a Leader first.
