Why interpersonal skills? • In such a competitive environment in the business world, there is procrastination- personally or professionally that affects a person in the workplace and due to this, one cannot be able to engage or handle the work sometimes. • In such situations, interpersonal skills make a person capable of working at the workplace even through this as they know the strategies for how to tackle things in such situations. It makes them the person who can handle work in the organization more smoothly and maintain a healthy environment at the workplace. • Startups are emerging day by day and that leads to the increased competition among the entrepreneurs so to cope up and to survive in the eager stage of the business world itself startups need to build a powerful team. • Startups need to build a tough core to survive and grow. Everyone at the workplace needs to create meaningful healthy relationships to grow longer in such a competitive business world, which can only be possible when there are interpersonal skills among the team. • Interpersonal skills affect the productivity of the entire team or even the atmosphere at the workplace.
