  4. DRYING METHOD FOR FOOD PRESERVATION Drying Method is done by sun drying or air drying. It is the process of removal of water from the food like vegetables, dry fruits and fish.

  5. SMOKING METHOD FOR FOOD PRESERVATION Smoking food preservation is a method of cooking food and meat over a fire. Wood parts used in it to give a smoky flavor.

  6. COOLING AND FREEZING METHOD FOR FOOD PRESERVATION Freezing and cooling are the best method of food preservation because it is help in stopping the growth of Bacteria in food. Anything can be freeze like food, vegetables meat and fish etc. Freezing Temperature must be between -4 degree to -18 degree
