  2. The AI chatbot software integrates several elements to connect to ChatGPT, learn from scanned documents, and respond to user questions using the learned content. OCR libraries or SDKs are used by document scanning capabilities to extract text from scanned documents. The software saves the extracted text in an organized manner, like a database, along with any pertinent metadata (such as document type, date, etc.). Challenges The customer intended to test the boundaries of its digital business by building a chatbot that would enable machine learning experiments. The objective was to alter how it communicates with its clients. The client requested a chatbot to answer questions by extracting text from scanned documents and saving it in an organized database-like format. Building chatbots for clients and implementing chatbot capabilities is done to enhance customer communications and make it easier for customers to get real-time answers to their questions.  They wanted us to develop a chatbot to gather user data and utilize AI to adapt to user demands and behavioral patterns, personalizing and tailoring the entire customer trip. It was crucial to master the art of talking.

Solutions • We used our extensive knowledge and experience to design and develop an AI Chatbot with the following features: • We trained the ChatGPT model to ensure correct responses to users • Customers can get immediate assistance to bypass lines or speak with service representatives. • The AI chatbot may build a database and learn from the scanned documents. • OCR libraries or SDKs to extract text from scanned documents and learn from it • The Chatbot provides customers with information, generates leads, and increases revenue  • The app uses behavioral analytics reports to gain an in-depth understanding of chatbot and customer interactions. • The Chatbot addresses a request from a former customer to recommend a new service/ product  • Key features • We launched an AI Chatbot app with the below features to help our client boost sales and customer engagement.  • Reduce work. • Automated replies and customized quotes are delivered more quickly, helping staff save time.
