  1. As most of us know, a few months back, there was a case, registered against Francoise Girard for Racial Discrimination in the workplace. Racism, sexism, ageism, classism, religious bias – there are so many forms of discrimination that exist today. If we allow ourselves to be influenced by them, we could end up not buying the right product or choosing the wrong job. However, if we speak out against them, we can bring change to our society.   2. Francoise Girard IWHC Francoise Girard IWHC resigned from her position as CEO of IWHC after a series of allegations were made against her about racism. She denied any wrongdoing, but an internal investigation was still carried out to find out the truth behind the accusations. After a year of investigations, Françoise Girard alongside two other employees was also cleared of any misconduct.

People feel like their lives are not worth living anymore when they are discriminated against. This leads to anger and a frustration and often results in lessening productivity at work.
