  1. Difference between virtual and hybrid events There are three ways to run an event: face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid. As an event planner, We can't help but think, "we have to take a chance now." Last month our team had to attend two different meetings. These are all activities we have planned for over a year and can only be arranged by others. Let us know that the organizer of the event is a group of flexible people. We are people who never say "never". It is a difficult time to meet each other, but we will meet with our customers and provide activities that meet their needs and needs. The two main options for events that will occur in the near future are hybrid and virtual events. The common question we are finding right now is what is the difference between hybrid and virtual events? And which of the two should I choose for my occasion? First, we need to confirm the meaning of each option. In-person event (Completely Offline): You need to physically go where you are and interact personally with the organizers, speakers and other participants. Virtual Events (Fully Online): Participate in events and communicate with others through your device, typically using software or platforms. You can be anywhere as long as you have access to the internet and the software you need. Hybrid Events (Some offline): some online-In this case, it presents an opportunity, but there are two different experiences (virtual and physical). In fact, you are offering an outreach and personalized opportunity to the virtual world. Contestants access the event offline at a specific location or online via a device. What should you choose between virtual and hybrid opportunities? Are you confused about choosing the type of event you want to plan? This will help you decide. When will the event take place? Who is your assistant? What kind of event is this? When will the event take place? The future is uncertain, but the COVID-19 limit will be relaxed over time. With that in mind, it's a good idea to stick to the virtual event until the pandemic subsides. Virtual events are also a great option if the event will take place in the near future. You can offer an event on a limited schedule without having to decide on a location or attend a traveler. Conversely, if you have plenty of time to plan your event, a hybrid event is better. By providing attendees with a personalized event, you can increase the engagement and excitement surrounding the event. After addressing many restrictions with COVID-19, many will be eager to actually attend the venue again. Hybrid events can serve both groups at the same time, even if some participants cannot attend directly. Who is your assistant?

  2. Another important factor to consider is the guest list. Create a checklist based on the following target audiences: How many people would you like to invite? Where did they come from? Are they nearby or does the trip affect their attendance? How many people can be safely accommodated with the COVID-19 limit? Are your guests comfortable to attend the event directly? By understanding the needs of the participants, you can choose the type of event (virtual or hybrid). In general, virtual events are great for viewers across the country, but hybrid opportunities are great for participants who can connect directly. What kind of event is this? The last thing to consider is what kind of event you are planning. All events are different. Think about how you can convert your personal elements to online format and how you can not only personalize each of these elements, but also for a distant audience. If physical elements play an important role in the event, hybrid opportunities are the best option. Otherwise, virtual events may be sufficient. In short, both virtual and hybrid opportunities offer impressive benefits. AV universal understands which type of event is best suited to your goals and circumstances and ensures that your event is successful.
