  1. Metal 3d Printing Direct metal 3d printing produces high-quality complex metal from 3D Cad file. This cutting-edge technology produces integrate shapes using traditional and casting methods. Materials | Upload CAD File | Vacuum Casting

  2. SLM and DMLS Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) both are 3d metal printing technologies. DMLS creates a metal part by using heat and pressure from a 3D model. Powdered metal is used for this type of printing process. Any metal alloy can be used to build the part unlike other processes. The size of the metal particles is between 20 to 40 micrometers. A thin layer of metal is spread across the surface to be printed. Laser is used to scan and fuse the metal particles in order to produce the part layer by layer. After the completion of the project, the part is left to cool.

  3. Selective laser melting (SLM) While DSLM works with metal alloys, SLM works with single pure metals. SLM melts the metal powder completely to form a liquid at a single temperature which requires heating the metal powder layers above the melting point of the metal whereas in DLMS, particles inside the metal are fused together at various molecular level at raised temperatures. This SLM process requires high energy. SLM also requires the use of laser to scan and fuse the metal particles together. Various materials like aluminium, stainless steel 316L, Copper and Brass can be used in metal printing process. melting points at
