To apply for a medium rigid licence, the eligibility criteria include: 1) Having a class C licence apart from the learner's licence for a minimum of one year or more. Until and unless you upgrade to a MR licence until you shift from the P1 licence to P2 or a complete full class C licence. 2) Additionally, you will need to pass the MR knowledge test after taking your course for the licence. 3) Candidates will need to pass an eyesight test. 4) Candidates will need to complete HVCBA or pass a Roads and Maritime driving test.
