  1. WHAT IS COMMON AMONG TOP CEOs? • Some of the most influential people are the most respected, looked upon, and strong people, such as Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, Tim Cook, Jamie Dimon. They are the ones who build a plan, a vision and effectively communicate it. They are the ones who create a team and ensure that the strategy is implemented by the organization and has enough money. They are none other than the CEOs. The company's chief executive officer is the organization's most appreciated, celebrated, and authoritative person. There are a few strong and special characteristics that these individuals possess that have paved the way for their success.

  2. CEO Values • Managing their EGO: They are wise individuals who know how to control their EGO. They are, of course, determined individuals with some EGO without which they would have been able to achieve the place they are in at present. • Touch of humility: Before making important decisions, they care about their people and often remember the people around them. They are kind and have a humble touch. • Delegation: Delegating assignments is something that is a must-have standard of leadership and that is excellent for our top CEOs. They are strongly motivated and they keep the team going. • Optimism in CEO practice: It is very difficult for someone to remain pessimistic all the time. They remain a pessimistic maximum of time and are prepared to cope with negativity and to face inconsistencies comfortably. A good mental attitude is something to grow and maintain that takes a long time. For us, these individuals are perfect role models to aspire to and learn to sustain a healthy mental attitude. One of the primary ingredients in their formula for success is their goal-directed actions. They are good leaders, not managers, which makes a big difference. Rather than being busy, they focus on being effective. Gary Miliefsky, CEO of SnoopWall, expresses a strong positive outlook and appreciation with his habit of kicking his day off.

They often have innovative and highly successful solutions to solve every problem. The outrageous ideas suggested by Elon Musk, SpaceX's CEO, are a perfect example of this. He believes and is religiously working through his organization Spacex, which is too close to make this a reality, to offer his ideas such as colonizing Mars and making space tourism possible. • Great to ask questions: Asking questions is great, however many people are good at this, what separates the CEOs is that they are great at asking the right question that solves the bigger problem or solves most of the problems that have a simpler answer. That's all that they excel at. • Upskilling: We continue upskilling, studying, experimenting, and increasing their aspirations. They are still happy for their horizons to expand. They never stop learning and want more all the time. Michael Bruch, the founder and CEO of Willow, believes that it is important to feel updated. He says that he manages to spend at least an hour on Twitter enjoying technical news.

  4. CEO Values • Develop alliances: Good allies are already formed and ready to work together to build a win-win situation. Multilingual, they are. This doesn't mean that they speak multiple languages. They know very well how to talk to individuals from various bodies. With their families, staff, salesperson, ambassador, and the media, they still communicate respectfully and differently. • Periodically self-analysing themselves: they are coordinated, have a set timetable, and observe it faithfully. They are aware that they have been bought to this peak by their talents, and they are self-aware of their shortcomings and are working to correct them. They are also conscious of what they do not know which is necessary to continually strengthen and develop themselves and function in their improvement. Adaptability is another excellent attribute they have, they can easily adapt to changes and they accept modifications. • Health is wealth: they recognize their health's value and ensure that they maintain good physical and mental health. They observe what they eat. In addition to their busy schedule, they still have their meals on time. They're making their wellbeing a priority. By practicing meditation, they also preserve safe and healthy mental well being. They still have a separate room where they do not think, relax, and refresh themselves about their work. Physically, they are active. They practice yoga, exercise, play a sport, bike, or just consistently walk.

Acceptance is a noteworthy attribute that we need from these great icons to pick up. Acceptance lets them comfortably meet obstacles. • Spend time on their hobbies: the secret to their effectiveness and success is that they are healthy and work to keep their minds fresh and prepare for major events by constantly allocating time to follow the hobbies that make them happy, encourage, and enable them to be productive. Focusing on another task for a specific time would encourage them to declutter their minds and take their fresh and stress-free minds when they get back to work. • Punctual: "It is well done, a job well started.” Punctuality is such a vital yet challenging attribute to practice. The art of being punctual has been perfected by these people and they use their time efficiently.

  6. CONCLUSION • There are a lot of common characteristics among effective CEOs, but not all of them are the same. In varying yet proper proportions, they have these attributes. We are all looking at their fame now, but behind these success stories is a lot of hard work. These are some of the characteristics owned by the top CEOs, although they are unique in their way.
