Solution 2) Change the names of both the TLG and ND configuration files • On the keyboard, press the Windows and E keys to open File Explorer. • Open the C: drive and navigate to the following path: Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files. • Look for the TLG configuration file in the folder and right-click on it. • Select the Rename option. • Add the word “.OLD” at the end of the filename. • Look for the ND configuration file in the folder and right-click on it. • Select the Rename option. • Add the word “.OLD” at the end of the filename.
