You can find varieties in nurseries or supermarkets. If you wish to grow an exotic species, you may need to purchase organic seeds online. An easy way to collect your seeds is to buy the type of chilies you will be growing in your garden. You need to germinate them before planting. The main requirements for seed germination are heat, humidity, and oxygen. Start the process by placing it between the wet wipes, not the water, and placing it in a plastic bag. Close the bag and put it in a warm place. The top of the fridge works fine. Germination first accelerates the growth process. Keep the seeds moist and in the plastic until they swell or germinate. This process only takes a day or two. Seedlings must be in the right condition to grow. Chilean peppers grow best in warm, sunny climates. The perfect temperature is 23-30 degrees Celsius. You need at least 6 hours of sunshine a day, but more is better. If you live in a warm climate, you can plant online seeds that germinate directly in the soil. If you live in a cool area, you can start growing indoors. Don't start with a large container as this will encourage more root growth and less stem and leaf growth. Plant your starter in a small container filled with soil. Fill the pot ¾ full of soil, then add the sprouts, cover with an inch of soil and water. Don't overwater it, as the soil should be damp by this time. Cover the container with plastic wrap. This will make your sprouts grow faster. The plastic wrap retains heat and humidity, and you don't have to pour it too often. Place the covered pot in a warm, sunny place such as a window sill. Following these guidelines will result in strong, permanent shoots. During the early germination and planting phase, your peppers don't need much time or attention. You just need to check it every day to make sure it is moisturized and warm. The germination time varies depending on the type of pepper, usually between 2 and 4 weeks. Once the plants are above the ground, you can start the next stage of planting the chilies.
