  1. Intrapreneurship – The Organisation Engine for this Decade The term intrapreneurship refers to a system that allows an employee to act like an entrepreneur within a company or an organization. Intrapreneurs are self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented people who take the initiative to pursue an innovative product or service. According to Eric Estevez from Investopedia, Intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs have different objectives. An entrepreneur envisions creating a company from the ground up, while an intrapreneur has a broader vision for an established company. This vision may involve radical changes to company traditions, processes, or products. The intrapreneur typically has directly applicable skills and experience to bring to the job. Today, organisations have to embrace change at extreme pace to maintain market presence. Projects assigned to teams have to undergo change requests, and cater to changing demands even before the project is delivered. This creates chaos, attrition and exhaustion with-in the organisation ecosystem and partner-vendor community. An organisation has to have an internal engine, which keeps pace with market demands. Caters to creative instincts of enthusiastic employees. Builds a culture of entrepreneurship. This internal engine has to be intrapreneurship. The fuel for building intrapreneurship has to be a platform, which is nimble, allows teams to collaborate, has the ability to integrate with organisational systems, build workflows, and lastly tolerate iterations. Welcome to the world of no code platforms. No code platform takes away the single largest impediment from the intrapreneur. Time. With culture of instant results and gratification, the intrapreneur is always grappling against time, resources and organisation red tape. A good no code platform builds work flows, integrates with organisation systems, creates dashboards, and allows everyone freedom to build stuff. The platform has to be built on solid architecture, which is enterprise grade. I would hesitate to use a no code platform built on freeware. Would always prefer a point contact to go to. 2. Integration capabilities. With legacy applications, devices, processes and workflows 3. The no code platform needs to be responsive, and build mobile native mobile applications without changing the look and feel on the application. 4. Great UI. Interface of the platform should be a team delight. I personally favour a drag and drop model, where icons can be dragged and dropped to build an application. 5. Simple files for project storage. 6. Customising audit trails. The project team should be able to build an audit trail for the application. This gives immense flexibility and focus on key application elements. Welcome to the new normal.
