  1. You and your Box of Cookies Business Transformation is box of cookies. It a buzzword which has existed over the last 50 years. Last 24 months has bestowed a genuine meaning and purpose to this. An organisation, or a team looking for transformation will need to munch 4 cookies, and relish them. 1.Goal 2.Team 3.Information 4.Velocity Goal This is the 1st cookie to be munched. Chew well on this one. Business Transformation needs to have a North star. A solid purpose. It makes huge sense if there is a clear “why are we doing this” understood by all the team members. Why provides good clarity and motivation. It gets easier to understand the purpose, if the purpose can be numerically defined. Hence sales or revenue goals have that ample clarity, and everyone understands them in the organisation. This is where building virtual dashboards come in. Virtual dashboards should be able to include fast paced changes. Be configurable to pushing information at all levels of the organisation. Building dashboards should be ideally done with speed. I strongly recommend doing dashboards via no code. You may want to check

  2. out WEM no code platform. WEM excels in building dashboards. I am a huge fan of numerically defining goals. Few examples for numerically defined goals are: A millionaire by Dec 2022. Zero defects by 2nd week of June. Increase volumes by 31%. Lower costs by 6%. Have customer satisfaction scores up by 4%. Loosing weight by 8Lbs before 21st August. Team Any Transformation, needs a team. This cookie is sweet and salty. You deal with humans. Conflicts. Aspirations. The team needs to have culture. Mindshare of right set of values, for which the organisation exists to do business. Competencies of specific skills and tasks. Rapid realignment and rejigging of existing processes are critical for transformation. Going the no- code way to build process systems aligns very well with process reengineering. No code has speed. Flexibility. Compliance. And compatibility. Information An organisation needs to have 1 truth. This is a sticky cookie. A single system which runs correct precise information with-in the organisation, about the organisation and it’s customer ecosystem. This system needs constant sharpening so that the organisation gets accurate information at the right time. This constant minor course corrections within an external organisation would need the team addressing change requests (CRs). Yup, you guessed right. WEM. Building CRs and applications via No code really enables the Information which the organisation wants, as this needs speed and low TCO – total Velocity Your last cookie. Transformation requires data. Accurate data. Accurate data requires heavy lifting. Someone’s got to stay awake, look into spreadsheets and get the correct data in the organisation information system. I strongly recommend automating processes for data gathering. Any manual process which is repeated continuously needs to be automated. RPA– Robotic Process Automation is the solution for building velocity for transformation. RPA frees up resources. Builds velocity. Gives amazing TCO. Go for it. Transform. Eat those cookies. Your business needs though leadership from you. Keep the above 4 factors in mind. Go no code. WEM APAC team is just a call away.
