Loyalty Program description/overview • We have designed and developed loyalty program solution which is customizable industry wise. • The program is based on qr code. The qr code based coupon is printed for each products with some points. The solution is divided in to two interfaces- Web App for Admin(Company) and Mobile app for mechanic. • Mechanic scans the coupon using mobile application and gets points in to application’s wallet. After a certain value, mechanic can request company to transfer the amount (amount= Points) from wallet to account.

Mobile App for Mechanic: • Download the application from app store • Register by entering required details • Mobile verification using OTP • Log in using Mobile no and password. • Open the app and scan the coupon • Point/Amount will be credited to wallet • Wallet Amount/points can be redeemed in following ways: • Gifts • Bank Transfer • Mobile/DTH Recharge/Bill Payment • If scanning not works till 30 seconds, there will be automatic option to enter the code manually. • User can see all reports like redemption history, transaction history, mini history etc. • Option to edit profile. • Refer and earn
