3. ABOUT UNIVERSITY The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) is located in Bhagalpur in Bihar. 5. HISTORY The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur, holds the status of institute of national importance. In brief, it is an institute that offers quality higher education in information technology. It started functioning in July 2017.
