Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAHCET)

The Maharashtra MBA CET (MAHCET) exam conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra happens 1 time in a year for MBA aspirants. The MAHCET is a computer based entrance test. Overall 350 institutes participate for the exam. Candidates must pay the application fees that depend on the state and category of it. It allows minimum of 2 attempts and that also various on category. Applicants must hold a bacheloru2019s degree to get eligible for the MAHCET exam. There will be only a single paper with 200 marks and candidates will get 150 minutes to complete the exam.

  2. Introduction MAHCET is short for the Maharashtra MBA CET. It is the exam that is responsible for the admission into MBA courses in the state. The state of Maharashtra has long been known as one of the most illustrious states in the country. Thus, it remains a popular destination for students from all over the country to pursue higher studies. The MAHCET is a computer-based entrance test. It focuses on management courses in Maharashtra. Further, it is officially known as MAH MBA/MMS-CET. The conducting body of the MAHCET is the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra. The syllabus of the MAH MBA CET exam includes various subjects. For example, they are Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.   3. MAHCET Eligibility Criteria The CETCELL has provided the eligibility criteria to appear in the MAHCET 2021 examination. Prospective candidates of this exam must consider the basic criteria to qualify for the positions Nationality Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Qualification The CETCELL requires that the candidates who are appearing for the different posts be graduates. Thus, they should have a Bachelor’s degree. Also, the candidates must’ve attended a full-time three-year graduation course. It should be from a government-recognized institution. Thus, they must do their graduation in University Grants Commission-recognized institution. Also, they may have done their graduation from an Association of Indian Universities institute. Moreover, candidates from any discipline can apply for the MAHCET. Additionally, candidates may also be appearing for the final year exam. However, they should do so only from UGC-recognized or AIU institutes. Also, the minimum percentage for General or Open candidates is 50%. Whereas, the minimum qualification for others such as SC/ST and PwBD candidates is 45%. AGE The CETCELL requires the candidate to be at least a graduate. Only then will the CETCELL allow them to sit for the examination. however, the CETCELL hasn’t specified a minimum age criterion. In the same vein, it also hasn’t specified an upper limit.

  4. MAHCET SO EXAM SYLLABUS MAHCET SO EXAM PATTERN The syllabus is one of the most important components of the MAHCET examinations. The candidates appearing for the MBA entrance test can download Admit Card from the official website of MAHCET. The candidates will need to provide their roll number.
