How To Get Over a Breakup

Break ups are essentially an official end of an anticipated or foreseeable future. It is like waking up to realize it was all nothing, but a happy dream.<br><br>Mind well, this feeling is not limited to the love or relationship that fall apart but it is a must deeper emotion.<br><br>When we hear the word u201cBreak-upu201d. We instantly resonate with that- the person is going through it is a rough phase. And this is a very common misconception. What we fail to see is- Such decisions are tough and taken in with considerate mutual long-term benefit of individuals involved in the relationship.<br><br>When the relationship turns toxic u2013 you have two choices.<br>1. To seek help through extremely unbiased Friends or Family member.<br>2. Or, to seek for help from an experienced and unbiased counselor.<br><br>In spite, it is looked down by our society- We need to understand itu2019s okay to let go of a toxic relationship. To keep someone as a happy memory than holding on and turning relationship into a disaster. People are sometimes, here, only to play their part and when that is done, they must leave. One must not stop that from happening or be sad about their departure.<br><br>Itu2019s not always the fights that ruins the relationships, the fights happen because you donu2019t want to accept their true nature. Remember they were here to just be a part in your long journey.<br><br>People in love are blinded by their expectations and presumptions of the anticipated future. They tend to hold on to things, wanting to make everything permanent. No one likes short lived happiness but holding on to toxic relations can never work out for good in the long run. We need to learn how to get over a breakup. To choose to keep someone as a good memory than not letting go and make those supposed beautiful moments bitter for the people involved. Let them go and keep them in your good memories, maybe theyu2019ll keep you in theirs too.
