Employees will have the WorkPuls Widget(software on their desktop) with all the tasks assigned to them. They can use it to track the time spent on each task. *Difference between time tracking and automated time tracking is that employees will have to manually start and stop time tracking on each task. This could make their work a bit harder and metrics less precise compared to automated solution.

Part of application that is collecting data is called agent, it is running on each employees computer and it can be running in stealth or visible mode. All activities could also be tracked in real- time.

You could correlate this with information from biometric clock-in/out solution to find the get between time they arrive and when they start working.
