Education Partnership Launched to Curb Downward Trends Frostbelt City, USA – A newly formed campus-community partnership is forged among new bedfellows - school chief, union head, commerce guru, workforce specialist, technical and four–year CEOs - to put “every child on grade level in reading, writing and math.”

  8. Priority 1 - Balanced Literacy Definition The balanced literacy framework is a comprehensive literacy program that provides a balance of skill development and literacy-rich activities across all subject areas.
