PANCHAKARMA THERAPY 1 Ayurveda, the ancient Medical Science of India is a rich repository of treatment methods. Panchakarma is essentially a treatment that purifies the human body by removing the toxin accumulated within it SPA THERAPY The spa is a term used to denote the number of Relaxation, and Rejuvenation Therapies. Basic therapeutic means is the use of water in various applications to literally dissolve the anxieties, pressures, and consequent ill-feeling that results from the fast-paced life of the present times. HOT STONE MASSAGE 2 3 The hot stone massage is an alternative holistic therapy method, which uses, heated stones, which are in particular shapes, to be applied directly on the body —using usual massage strokes, with a medium. The best medium for hot stone massage is oil. However, creams and gels can be used. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE 4 Indian head massage is an energizing upper body treatment. It covers the scalp region forehead, neck, and shoulder. The massage relaxes muscles using a number of swift percussion movements and ends by stimulating the scalp, with the option of using nourishing oil for the hair AROMA THERAPY 5 The term ‘Aroma therapy’ was first used by the French Chemist, Rene-Maurice Gattefosse, to describe the therapeutic action of Aromatic plant essence. Gattefosse studied therapeutic plants and did a lot of experiments with them. RELAXATION MASSAGE 6 In fact, all the massages are relaxation massages, but the area of focus of relaxation makes differences in different massage styles. In a relaxation massage, the practitioner focuses on the ultimate sensual relaxation of the client. REIKI 7 Reiki is a simple and natural healing technique, rediscovered at the end of 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, who developed the healing method as its still used today by the name reiki.When using reiki we transfer universal life energy for healing. ‘Rei’ Means light. ‘Ki’ means energy. SWEDISH MASSAGE 8 Swedish massage is the first scientific style of massage which is formulated on the basis of modern anatomy and physiology.
