  2. What was the research requirement? The objective of the study was to understand the consumer brand perception of a leading healthcare company across Turkey and Colombia. The pre-requisite of the study was to understand the split of respondents’ age, gender, health conditions and other metrics. © 2016 Borderless Access 2

  3. How did Borderless Access solve the problem? The respondents were targeted and profiled based on the client's requirements. In order for them to complete profilers, we sent large batches of samples and constant reminders. We continuously conducted close monitoring of in-field progress. We increased incentive ratios. We initiated partners to help us get maximum completes within the deadline.

  4. Outcome We were able to pull off efficient results at a low cost and maintain the quality needed. We have since continued to provide the client with quality data for other projects.
