The last quarter saw a small dip in property rates when it came to multistorey apartments while it saw a steady rise for residential houses. Multistorey apartments saw a fall from Rs. 27,200 to 26,400 per sq-ft while residential houses saw a rise from Rs. 26,850 to 28,500 per sq-ft.
