Mobile Phone Speakers

One, still called a receiver, is in the earpiece. The second is for sound reinforcement, for things like ringtones, music playback and hands-free calling.

  1. Everything Know About Mobile Phone Speakers

  2. What type of speakers are used in mobile phones? Electrodynamicspeakers are the speakers gener- ally used in mobile phones. Electrodynamic speak- ers consist of a magnet circuit and a vibratory dia- phragm, and have the advantage of a low quality factor (Qm) and a low resonant frequency

  3. What is a phone speaker made of? The most common speaker is the dynamic speaker. It consists of a frame, permanent magnet, soft iron core, voice coil, and cone. The frame supports the cone and permanent magnet assembly. The voice coil consists of an insulated wire wound around a plastic bobbin. For More Information Visit Fix My Phone Speakers.

  4. How is speaker made? The AC current that powers the speaker causes the coil to magnetize and demagnetize rapidly, and this causes the cone to vibrate, generating sound waves. The whole assembly is inserted into the enclosure, which may be a simple metal or plastic box, or it may be made of MDF, high-quality wood or other materials.

  5. What is the importance telephone speaker? The loudspeaker is a small sound driver fitted within a mobile phone, or other communication device, which is used to produce sound. Traditionally, loudspeakers on mobile phones are used to produce sound alerts for events such as incoming calls, incoming messages and alarms. Since mobile phones have started doubling as portable music players in recent years, users have begun using their built-in speakers for playback of music.

  6. Acknowledging this new type of use of the mobile phone loudspeaker, manufacturers have begin to equip their music or video-centric mobiles with more powerful loudspeakers or even a pair of loudspeakers for accurate stereo reproduction and enhanced spatial effects. Loudspeakers are also used to reproduce voice calls out loud, thus allowing users to deal with calls hands-free or even have conference calls with others in the same room (that use of the mobile phone is called a speakerphone, which is not to be confused with a loudspeaker).

  7. One way or another, whether you use it for fun, conference calls or just for plain ringing, there is one single thing that's important - loudness. We had explored this in depth in our reviews besides the casual subjective remark, but in 2007 we decided it was time we took a more scientific approach.
