  2. Beginner Home Fitness Course Brandi Jackson Wellness Brandi Jackson established Brandi Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi has been a practicing clinician for 8 years and found herself explaining the benefits of exercise, mindset and nutrition to clients with high stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms often. Brandi noticed that when her clients practiced whole food based nutrition, regular exercise and wellness counseling, their health and mood improved. Clients not only got the results they wanted but learned how to keep their progress!

Brandi has a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies, a Masters Degree in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Mental Health Therapy, located in East Bay California. Brandi also received her 200+ Hour Master Hypnotherapy Practitioner Certification in 2016. Brandi extended her knowledge of physical Fitness in 2018 becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist via the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Brandi is an advocate for holistic methods being the biggest factor to change how clients feel, look, and how they take action for long term success and breakthroughs.

  4. Working out is possible even for women with busy schedules. We can build a custom fitness plan that caters to your unique schedule. It's a myth that you need or should strive to have an hour workout daily. I will create your fitness plan with high impact exercises that multitask for you so you can get more results with less time. I know your busy and your time counts.

  5. My belief is that Personal training is not an expense but an investment in your long-term and immediate health. If you take care of your body and practice regular exercise that matches your lifestyle, you will save money on medical expenses and avoid health risks and illnesses that are common with aging. Plus, you get same day results of improved mood, improved concentration, more energy, improved posture, and more confidence!

  6. You may not want to workout every day and that's okay. You don't really need to if your fitness plan is custom to your needs, goals, and schedule. I can help you develop a custom plan and strategy to help you build your exercise practice and make the process fun! However, you will need to commit to your goal if we're working together.

  7. Exercise can be difficult with children but any new routine can be difficult with kids until you and your children adjust to your new exercise practice. I'm a proud mamma of 2 little boys, trust me I get it! Invite your kids to work out with you or give them activities to keep them busy while you rock your custom exercise schedule of 20-30 minutes! There is a great opportunity for mamma's to teach healthy habits by example to our kiddos. Remember a healthy mamma is a happy mamma and your kids love having a happy mamma.

  12. Eating healthy can be easy with a little bit of planning. Yes, I'm going to teach you how to meal plan customized to your schedule and food preferences. I want you to have the best shot at being successful with your nutrition plan, so I'm also going to teach you some shortcuts for when you forget or simply don't have time to meal plan at all. All of my nutrition plans include a restaurant guide for eating healthy on the go and a cheat meal option 1-2x per week. And for nutrition clients over the age of 21, I also offer a "healthier option" alcohol drink menu for when you plan to celebrate special occasions with wine or other beverages.

  13. The only healthy food that doesn't taste good is unseasoned healthy food.  The good news is healthy whole foods can taste amazing with natural spices, herbs, and seasoning. I have a perfected list of 10 spices and seasonings that boost the flavor content for any meal. And bonus good news, the healthier your eating habits become; the healthier your food cravings will become too! Once we perfect your 28-day nutrition plan and give you time to practice and acclimate, you will find yourself craving the healthy recipes on your custom 28-day meal plan!

  14. Eating healthy is completely affordable with practice and a flexible approach. I'm here to help you practice clean and healthy nutrition but I'm also completely aware of the dangers of becoming a "dietary perfectionist". My motto is to do your best and be moderate with your meal planning. Instead of changing everything in your diet at once we will slowly swap out the unhealthy foods that are holding you back in small groups, so your mindset and momentum can keep building to reach your nutrition goals.
