  1. How Can Parental Leave Create Chaos with the entitlement to Yearly Holidays? Holiday act plays an important role in managing the employee eligibility for the yearly leave, once the 12 months of the job gets completed. Here, the paternal leave time plays an important role for continuous employment. Get to know more about the paternal leave management by Contact MYOB support number.

  2. After the employees return to work on the completion of the paternal leave or annual holidays then it is paid at the rate of average weekly payment in proportion to the immediate 12 months. This rule is applicable only for the ongoing 12 months when the paternal leave ends and the employee return to the job.

  3. In comparison to the normal holiday payout process, the annual leave processing is quite different. This difference is due to the weekly payment process and the related average. An employee returning to the work after paternal leave is paid less, as it includes the average of weekly payment. Also, the working hours affect the rate of payout.

  4. MYOB does not recognize when the employee avails and completes the paternal leave. To avoid any conflict in payment the annual leave details should be entered manually. This can easily be done by entering the Maintenance and Maintain Paycodes tab under the menu options.
