  1. Construction Growth In Jharkhand Jharkhand is located at eastern part of India. Investments are supported by Jharkhand's natural resources, legislative incentives, and location-specific benefits in industries like mining and metal extraction, engineering, iron and steel, and chemicals. Jharkhand's overall GSDP was Rs. 3,61,381 crore at exchange rates in 2021–22, up 5% from FY20. Coal (27.3% of India's reserves), iron ore (26% of India's reserves), copper ore (18.5% of India's reserves), uranium, mica, bauxite, granite, limestone, silver, graphite, magnetite, and dolomite are just a few of the abundant mineral resources found in Jharkhand. Due to Jharkhand's substantial mineral resources, which account for 40% of the nation's mineral riches, mining, metals, and allied industries are particularly profitable from an investment standpoint. Coking coal, uranium, and pyrite are only produced in Jharkhand, one of India's states. In addition, the state is a major producer of copper, mica, kyanite, and coal. India's top tussar silk (a non-mulberry silk) producer is Jharkhand. The total value of mineral output in 2018–19 was Rs. 2,510.99 crore (US$ 356.22 million), excluding fuel minerals.
