  2. Honda AmazeThe Amaze is one the best choices if you’re looking for a compact sedan. Currently in itssecond generation, Honda offers the choice of both diesel and petrol powertrains. The formerhas a claimed mileage of 24.7 kmpl while the latter claims fuel-economy figures of 18.6 kmpl.

  3. Honda WR-VThe quirky but spacious compact SUV is often overlooked for its rivals like the Sonet or Nexon.The WR-V however, is probably the most frugal vehicle in the segment with claimed economyfigures of 16.5 kmpl for the petrol and 23.7 kmpl for the diesel.

  4. Honda City Gen 5The latest Honda City has quickly become the benchmark in the segment. This is due to itscombination of attractive design, feature loaded variants and frugal engines. Honda claimsmileage figures of 24.1 kmpl for the diesel models. The petrol manual variants claim 18.4 kmplwhile the petrol automatic claims a mileage of 17.8 kmpl.

  6. Honda JazzThe Jazz is a great option if you’re looking for something spacious and frugal but has the external dimensions of a hatchback, making it a dream to drive in the city. Honda claims figuresof 17.1 kmpl for the petrol automatic variants and 16.6 kmpl for the petrol manual models.
