  1. German automaker BMW is among the big three, along with Mercedes and Audi, of the premium vehicle segments in India and the world. The Bavarian automaker is renowned for making the best driver’s cars among the three, having some legendary cars in its rich history. Today, we look at the brand’s future for India instead. Here are 5 upcoming BMWs in India. After a few slow years, Czech automaker Skoda has come back strongly in the Indian auto market with a slew of new launches like the Kushaq, Slavia, and Octavia. The brand intends to continue the trend with new upcoming launches. Today we take a look at some of the cars Skoda is planning to launch in India in the next couple of years. Presented By: Car Lelo

  2. Skoda Superb Facelift The Skoda Superb is slated to receive a mid-life facelift next year and the updated model is expected to launch in India around the end of 2023. The sedan will feature a new octagonal grille and sleeker headlights. The rear end will get slimmer C-shaped taillights to match the rest of the Skoda range. The new Superb will still be underpinned by the MQB platform but will get a new iV plug-in hybrid model. The interior of the 2023 Superb will feature a new HUD, a multi-layer dashboard, tri-zone climate control, an updated digital instrument cluster, shift-by-wire DSG, and ADAS tech.

  3. Skoda FabiaWhen the Fabia was originally launched in India back in 2008, it was arguably the first premium hatchback to be introduced in the market. Now, nearly 15 years later, Skoda is planning to launch the all-new Fabia. The fourth-generation Skoda Fabia is based on VW’s MQB-A0 platform and is larger than the outgoing model. Design features of the new hatchback follow the brand’s current language of a bigger front grille, LED headlights, sculpted bonnet and C-shaped LED taillights.

  4. Skoda Enyaq iVThe Enyaq iV will be the first EV offering from Skoda and is expected to arrive in India next year. The crossover EV is offered in two battery sizes – a 55kWh pack with a 340 km range, a 62 kWh unit with 390 kms, or an 82 kWh unit that can drive up to 510 kms. Upon launch, the Skoda Enyaq iV will compete against the likes of the Hyundai Kona Electric or the MG ZS EV.

  5. Skoda Kamiq While Skoda sells the Kamiq in international markets already, the Indian model will be a bit different to that. As part of VW’s India 2.0 strategy, the India-specific Kamiq will be underpinned by the auto giant’s MQB-A0-IN platform. This will ensure that the SUV can be priced competitively. On the looks front, the Skoda Kamiq will be quite similar to its global counterpart. On the inside, it will share the basic design with the Scala hatchback. Powertrain options will likely be a 1-litre turbo-petrol, a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, or a 1.6-litre turbodiesel. The Kamiq is expected to arrive in India around late 2023 – early 2024.
