ABOUTUNIVERSITY Indira Gandhi Technical University is a Women’s University, situated in India, which also a heritage campus is belonging to Delhi College of Engineering, located at Kashmere Gate, Delhi. Furthermore, it was established as Indira Gandhi institute of Technology. In the month of May, 2013, the Indira Gandhi Technical University became an autonomous in India and was founded by the Government of Delhi. Furthermore, the University offers B. Tech, M. Tech and BBA in 4 Engineering Branches, which are Electronics and Communications, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology.

5. HISTORY Indira Gandhi Technical University was founded in 1998, by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Government of Delhi. Furthermore, this was the first women Engineering College in the State of Delhi and in India. In addition it was al the first institute to be a constituent college of GGSIU.

Hostel Indira Gandhi Technical University consists of two women hostels, where one is Kaveri Hostel ad the other is Krishna Hostel.
