  2. Introduction • Jammu University conducts JUET (Jammu University Entrance Test) each year. The University of Jammu is commonly known as Jammu University. It is one of the best universities in India. It is popular for its academic achievements. Jammu University has received several honours. It conducts the JUET exam to give admission to candidates. Jammu University provides several courses. From undergraduate to post-graduate, all courses are available here. University conducts JUET exam to select eligible candidates for admission. Jammu University was established in the year 1969, by an act passed by the state legislature. This act split the Jammu and Kashmir University into Jammu University and Kashmir University. • Jammu University gives recognition to several colleges. Almost 126 colleges are recognized by Jammu University. Therefore, it has set up seven off-site campuses. It gives a healthy environment to students. JUET is one of the popular exams in India. It has advanced labs for science students. Jammu University has a good teaching department. Thousands of teachers are available here to guide the students. The hostel is also available at the university. Besides this, it has cafeteria, canteen and book shops. Placement cells are also available on the campus.

  3. JUET Exam Eligibility Criteria • Eligibility for the JUET exam differs from course to course. Eligibility for each course is different. Only eligible students can appear on the entrance test. It plays an important role in selection. Those who fail to clear eligibility cannot take admission. No candidate can take admission without this. Admission is based only on this method. If anyone clears the test but does not clear eligibility he or she cannot take admission. Each one has to follow this criterion. Without these criteria, admission is not possible. Students who have passed 10+2 are eligible for admission. No age limit is specified. Anyone can appear in this test. The rules for selection are not very difficult. Candidates need to go through the eligibility criteria.   5. JUET Exam Syllabus JUET Exam Pattern • The syllabus for the JUET exam is the same for all the courses. The syllabus consists of four main sections. Sections include general English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Mathematics. However, the number of questions for each course is the same. Therefore, the marks for each course are the same. Negative marking is also available. Therefore, 0.25 marks will be cut for each question answered wrong. The level of the test is based on the course availability. The standard for the postgraduate courses is graduation. Therefore, the standard for the graduate courses is 10th and 12th. In addition to this, the Standard for numerical ability is the same for both courses. • The mode for the entrance test is offline. The exam is paper and pen-based. The time allowed to complete the test is 2 hours 30 minutes. The paper is divided into four sections. The paper consists of 150 questions. Marks for each question is one. Total marks are 150. The undergraduate course will have moderate questions. Test for postgraduate courses is difficult. However, the questions for each course will be the same. Negative marking is available for each question.

  6. JUET Exam Admit Card • The admit card is issued by Jammu University. The JUET Admit card is issued to registered candidates only. The admit card is available on the official website of Jammu University. The JUET exam 2021 has been canceled. Due to the high risk of a second wave of coronavirus, the authority has decided to cancel the entrance test. New dates for the entrance test will release soon. All the dates are available on the official website. Candidates must check the website regularly. The admit card gives details such as the name of the candidate, examination center. It also gives detail about the roll number of the candidate. Candidates must cross-check all the details. If any mistake is available inform the authority. Admit card is compulsory for every candidate. Without JUET admit cards candidates cannot enter the examination center.

Candidates can go to the official website and can check their results. Besides checking the result, candidates can download it. Candidates need to fill in certain details like Name, Date of Birth, etc. Besides this, they need to enter their login Id and password. Result of the selected candidates is published on the website. Those who fail to clear the test are not eligible for admission. Results can be viewed on the official website. • JUET exam for the year 2021 has been canceled. Due to the high risk of coronavirus. The conditions are not safe for everyone. This is the reason for the cancellation of the exam. The risk of coronavirus is increasing. The exam for different courses has been postponed. A.   JUET exam for the year 2021 has been cancelled.  Due to the high risk of coronavirus.  The present condition is not safe for everyone.  The second wave of coronavirus is increasing.  This is the reason behind the cancellation of the exam. Q2. Is offline mode available to submit the form? A.   No, only online mode is available.  Offline applications are not accepted.  There is only one mode to submit the form. Q3. What are the exam dates for JUET 2022? A.   Notification for the year 2022 will release in the third week of December.  Exam dates will be released after the notification.  Candidates need to visit the official website.  All information about the dates is available on the website. Q4. What is the age limit for the JUET exam? A.   There is no age limit.  Anyone can apply for this exam.  Students can give this exam multiple times.  If one student fails in one attempt he or she can try again.  JUET is conducted each year.  Unsuccessful students can apply again next year.  The total number of attempts is not specified.
