  2. Mangoes are native to India. A wide range of varieties can be found in almost every part of the country. • Mango Pulp is made from carefully selected varieties of Fresh Mango Fruit. • Mangoes that have reached full maturity are harvested, quickly transported to the fruit processing plant, inspected, and washed. • Selected high quality fruits are placed in controlled ripening chambers; fully ripened mango fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenised, concentrated when necessary, thermally processed, and aseptically filled to ensure sterility.

  3. Cutting, de-stoning, refining, and packing are all part of the preparation process. • Mango pulp is a smooth and thick product that is processed to break up the insoluble fibrous parts of ripe mangoes. • It naturally retains all of the fruit juice and a large portion of the fibrous matter found in raw fruit.   • The fruit juice industry is the largest user of mango puree in Europe, but it also has applications in other segments such as ice cream and baby food.

  4. The market for mango pulp has grown at an exponential rate, and this trend is expected to continue. • India is the largest mango grower, with a well-known variety of mangoes (primarily Alphonso, Totapuri, and Kesar) used in pulp production. • Mango Pulp is ideal for juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese, and a variety of other beverages. • It can also be used to make the most delicious ice creams, yoghurt, and confectionery, as well as puddings, bakery fillings, fruit meals for children, and flavours for the food industry.

  5. Mango pulp is a key food ingredient in the production of mango juice, nectars, juice blends, dairy, bakery, baby food manufacturing, ice cream, and other products. • However, in recent years, mango's popularity has spread to western markets, with consumers showing an interest in the flavour. • Both the juice industry and the fresh market in the United States have shown consistent interest in both fresh mango and its processed products. • Mango pulp is increasingly being used in orange juice blends in the United States.

  6. Exporters of mango pulp have a bright future. India's economy is booming, and demand is increasing at a rapid pace. • Mango fruit growers are preparing to meet the increased demand, and mango pulp manufacturer are investing in infrastructure and resources to meet it.

  7. Benefits of Mango Pulp • Because of the numerous benefits of mango pulp, such as preventing cancer, heart disease, helping lower cholesterol, improving digestion, preventing asthma, improving eye health, regulating blood pressure, and improving immunity, the global mango pulp market has seen an increase in growth. • It also contains a high amount of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, protein.
