  1. LIMERENCE - Unrequited Love Limerence predominantly means a state of mind that results from romantic infatuation, identified by feelings of euphoria. “Limerence is obsessive, unrequited love. It is actually a disorder. A disease if you will.” ― Scott Lynch Limerence can also be defined as an involuntary state of intense, passionate desire. It is also believed that “the state of limerence is the conscious experience of sexual incentive motivation” Limerence is not just sexual and is also believed to be potentially inspirational in its effects. “Limerence” sheds light on a specific domain of love in a scientific manner and is considered as a subjective and enthusiastic condition of being attached to or even fixated on someone.
