  1. 5 Ways to Bounce Back from Failure The true measure of success is how many times you can bounce back from failure. The quote that really caught my attention when I was going through a tough phase of life. Getting depressed by failure is part of the growing phase. However, it is the experience that teaches us falling is a part of life, but bouncing back is living. There is a fine line between failing and giving up. You don’t actually fail unless you give up. Have you ever gone through a situation of this sort? Well, I have! Now that I look, I can figure out what went wrong. It took sometime for me to bounce back, but I successfully did. Despite the fact that it wasn’t a conscious decision, but there were certain things that I did and it actually helped

  2. me recover from the harsh situation. If you are finding a way to get back on the track after a breakdown, then, here’s my piece of advice for you. 1. Figure out where you went wrong Failure hurts even more when you work hard and still fall down sort of your goal. It takes some time to regain your senses. There will be time when you’ll find yourself on the verge of serious conditions like depression. In my days of sorrow, I found solace in my personal diary. I started writing whatever I felt and whatever was happening. To my surprise, when I read it after few days, I actually realized my mistakes. I had unconsciously written the things that went wrong and the decision that didn’t work. So, instead of

  3. locking yourself in a room, utilize the time and figure out your negatives and positives. 2. Find a motivation Those were the days I accidentally ended up watching a documentary that talked about the life incidence of Ellen DeGeneres. The way she took a bold decision of being honest about herself at the time when she was at the peak of her career, just injected a ray of confidence in me. Speaking out the truth found her in the eyes of storm and she lost her career. However, she didn’t give up. She started from the scratch, fought against all the odds and still continues to inspire millions of people. This life story gave a lot of positive energy to fight back. So, instead of blaming you luck, look at examples who are worse than yours. You can find your own motivation. Learn from the people around you and add a flair of positivity in your attitude. 3. Analyze if your choice is right The failure can be in career, personal life or relation. Sometimes the reason for your failure in is the fact that

  4. career or that person was not made for you on the first place. So, instead of going after the same thing again and again, take some time and think. Am I making the right decision? Is it the perfect option for me? Will I be able to do this? Take your next step only after you find the answer to all these questions. 4. Embrace the failure Not accepting the failure is the biggest mistake committed by men. This is one of the main reason why men find it difficult to handle the aftermath of breakups. Have the courage to accept rejections and your drawbacks. Having the attitude of ‘I’m always right!’ won’t do any good to you. You’ll be able to find a way to sort out your drawbacks only if you know about your negatives. So, instead of cursing the circumstances and the people around you, look within yourself and find out where you’re lagging.

  5. 5. Take a break Leaving behind what happened in the past and then starting off with a fresh mind is the best way to get over the failure. Take a break from usual normal lifestyle and do something different. I took a break from the rush of city and went to a quite place in the outskirt. I’m in a habit of exploring new places, but that was the first trip where I didn’t do anything. I used to spend hours sitting with my diary in the woods. However, instead of going with the usual boring and monotonous clothes, I tried some funky and playful styles. This is how I tried to amuse myself. I even changes the style of men’s underwear that I usually wear. Instead of the boxes, I used to sexy see-through underwear for men. The erotic feel down there boosted a flair of excitement in my mood. Final say It is ultimately your decision. You can sit back and waist time in regretting for the past or you can stand up and get rid of all the odds.
