  2. ABOUT DBT DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) was created by Marsha Linehan to treat BPD. This method has proven to be very effective not only for the treatment of borderline patients but also for other diagnoses, such as emotion regulation, self-destructive behaviors (self-mutilation, addictive behaviors, eating disorders), post-traumatic stress, as well as suicidal behavior. Linehan has designed different modules by combining his clinical experience, knowledge of meditation and breathing techniques, as well as a program that applies the most recent psychological treatment theories (cognitive, behavioral and psychodynamic). DBT CLASSES: Our DBT courses are available in four modules: Skill 1: Mindfulness  : Learn to be fully in the present moment, cultivating mindful awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Skill 2: Emotional Regulation : Develop effective strategies to identify, understand and modulate your emotions in a healthy and adaptive way. Skill 3: Interpersonal Relations : Acquire social and communication skills to establish and maintain positive and balanced relationships with others. Skill 4: Crisis Management : Explore practical techniques for dealing with moments of crisis and maintaining your emotional stability.

LES GROUPES DE COMPÉTENCES Rejoignez notre prochain groupe de compétences Il est destiné aux personnes qui souffrent d'émotions intenses - on parle plus communément de dysrégulation émotionnelle et de troubles borderline. ​ Les rencontres de groupe DBT sont un pilier essentiel de la thérapie élaborée par M. Linehan.  ​ Les groupes visent à développer certaines compétences par quatre modules.
