  4. Recently, Darnell L Hinton organized a workshop where he spoke about food, health, and nutrition. The main topic he discussed with the workshop attendees was ‘Emotional Eating’.

  5. He shared some easy ways to cope with this common issue faced by most Americans. He advised people to divert their mind whenever they feel an eating trigger due to stress or anxiety.

  6. “There are a number of activities which I advise my clients to try when they’re in such a situation. For example, I tell them to go for a jog, listen to good music, read their favorite book or magazine, play a sport, talk to their friend over the phone, or do anything that they find pleasurable.
