  1. What Is SEO  SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” In simple terms, SEO means the process of improving your website to increase its visibility in Google, Microsoft Bing, and other search engines whenever people search for: Products you sell. Services yoU ARE provide. The better visibility your pages have in search results, the more likely you are to be found and clicked on. Ultimately, the goal of search engine optimization is to help attract website visitors who will become customers, clients or an audience that keeps coming back.

  2. Types of SEO 1.White-Hat SEO White hat SEO is a term used to refer to  SEO strategiesthat function within the rules and expectations of search engines and searchers. It means implementing techniques to improve a website’s search engine 2. Black-Hat SEO Black hat SEO is a practice against search engine guidelines, used to get a site ranking higher in search results. These unethical tactics don't solve for the searcher and often end in a penalty from search engines. Black hat techniques include keyword stuffing, cloaking, and using private link networks. 3. Gray-Hat SEO Gray hat SEO is the combination of SEO methods that go along with Google Webmaster Guidelines (white hat SEO) and those that violate them (black hat methods).

  3. 4. On-Page SEO On-page SEO (also known as on-site SEO) refers to the practice of optimizing webpages to improve a website's search engine rankings and earn organic traffic. In addition to publishing relevant, high-quality content, on-page SEO includes optimizing your headlines, HTML tags (title, meta, and header), and images. 5.Off-Page SEO Off-page SEO is anything you do outside your website to try to improve its search engine rankings. It's often used synonymously with link building, but it goes beyond that. 6. Technical SEO Technical SEO is the process of ensuring that a website meets the technical requirements of modern search engines with the goal of improved organic rankings. 7. Content SEO Another name in the list of types of SEO is Content SEO. It refers to creating unique content, be it writing, graphics, or videos, to structure your website, ranking it higher in SERPs. Three things must be considered while working with content SEOs - copywriting, site structure, and keyword strategy. It’s very important to balance all three, as, without quality content, your website cannot stand in the search results.

  4. Google algorithms Google algorithms are the sets of rules that Google uses to rank websites in search results. Google’s complex system retrieves data from pages and seeks to understand what searchers are looking for and rank pages according to relevance and quality. The keyword’s appearance in the page’s title, header tags, and meta description The amount of naturally-occurring, organic links to the page The way the website performs on mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets

  5. SEO Update 2021 To 2022 1. product reviews update(8 April,1December 2021,23 march,27 July,20 September 2022) A product reviews update aims to better reward high quality product reviews, content that provides insightful analysis and original research, and is written by experts or enthusiasts who know the topic well. Currently, this update only involves English searches globally. 2.core update(2June,1July,17 November 2021, 25 May,12 September 2022) in a core update that targets specific pages or sites. Instead, the changes are about improving how our systems assess content overall. These changes may cause some pages that were previously under-rewarded to do better in search results. 3. page experience update for mobile(15 June 2021) this update is designed to highlight pages that offer great user experiences, page experience remains one of many factors our systems take into account. Given this, sites generally should not expect drastic changes. In addition, because we're doing this as a gradual rollout, we will be able to monitor for any unexpected or unintended issues.

  6. 4.Spam updates(23June,28June,26July,3November 2021and 29October,14 December2022) While Google's automated systems to detect search spam are constantly operating, we occasionally make notable improvements to how they work. When we do, we refer to this as a spam update and share when they happen on our list of Google Search ranking updates . 5.Page experience update for desktop(22 February 2022) This means the same three Core Web Vitals metrics: LCP, FID, and CLS, and their associated thresholds will apply for desktop ranking. Other aspects of page experience signals, such as HTTPS security and absence of intrusive interstitials, will remain the same as well. While the mobile-friendliness signal continues to be a part of mobile ranking, it won't be a factor for desktop. When a site has separate desktop and mobile URLs with an appropriate configuration, the desktop signal is based on the URLs that desktop users see.

  7. SEO ALGORITHMS 6.helpful content update(25 August,5DECEMBER 2022) The helpful content system aims to better reward content where visitors feel they've had a satisfying experience, while content that doesn't meet a visitor's expectations won't perform as well. Our systems automatically identify content that seems to have little value, low-added value or is otherwise not particularly helpful to those doing searches. 1.GOOGLE PANDA This algorithm was the first major step that Google took in more accurately dispensing valuable and knowledgeable data to users and filtering out the ones of low quality.
