Get The Information About Dry Eye Symptoms From The Eye Practice Dry Eyes: Dry Eye symptoms can be defined as a lack of tears or an imbalance in the composition of the tear film in the eyes, which can lead to a feeling of grittiness, uncomfortable, sting or burning, itchiness and ironically can then cause excessive tearing.
