  1. PROBLEMAS DE LA GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA DE ACUERDO CON EL ÁMBITO  ECONÓMICO Alto nivel de inestabilidad laboral docente. Muchos docentes, ante una realidad tan compleja en muchos casos no se condice con el nivel salarial obtenido a cambio, opta por buscar nuevos horizontes laborales.

  2. LA INFRAESTRUCTURA La infraestructura tiene un efecto motivacional en el proceso de aprendizaje: en un ambiente más agradable, los alumnos y docentes tienen un mejor desempeño.

  3. ACCESO DIGITAL Las principales razones que explican la desigualdad en la conexión a Internet están relacionadas con la falta de recursos económicos: muchos países y regiones no disponen de una infraestructura de telecomunicaciones adecuada (especialmente en las zonas rurales).

  4. RECURSOS ECONÓMICOS El acceso a material y equipo es una de las primeras manifestaciones de falta de recursos económicos.
