The backend users can check on the request and approve/reject it, adhering to their business policy. If the request is approved, a receipt is generated & verified. When the verification is done, the request progresses to the stage of return, replacement. On the other hand, if the request is rejected, the instance will move to the “Rejected” stage. To monitor the entire journey from the customer’s request to resolution, multiple Odoo RMA stages can be created.
