It is primarily the assemblage of several applications & modules which represent different business departments virtually; such as accounting suits, CRM, Purchase management, HRMS, Sales management, Manufacturing management, Warehouse management, eCommerce, etc. Along with these modules, Odoo has over 14000 third-party applications & plugins accessible in the Odoo apps store. More and more people across the world are opting for Odoo as it is amongst the best ERPs used by all sizes of businesses due to its flexible approach. However, there are some limitations of OpenERP emails that can be improved for a better user experience.

Also, in the further reply to that email by the Odoo user, that individual will not be there in CC anymore.
