Grounding Rod Offers A Path For Electricity To Travel To Planet Earth

A grounding rod offers a simple conduit for electricity to travel to earth, protecting any structure or complex where it is situated from problems such as power surges, lightning strikes, short circuits, and so on. LEC's copper bonded grounding rods can prevent fire, shock, and damage to human lives and resources and other electrical and electronic equipment. We have 50 years of experience and exposure both in our country and overseas. Connect with us: https://www.lightningprotection.com/grounding-earthing/chem-rod/<br>

  1. Grounding Rod Offers A Path For Electricity To Travel To Planet Earth

  2. The process of transferring the immediate discharge of electrical energy to the ground using a low resistance earth wire is known as electrical grounding/ Electrical Earthing. Electrical earthing is accomplished by attaching the ground to the non-conductive part of the equipment or the neutral of the power system. Power for any building, piece of equipment, power plant, solar power plant, or substation involved in electricity requires grounding directly or through a grounding system. A grounding rod offers a simple conduit for electricity to travel to earth, protecting any structure or complex where it is situated from problems such as power surges, lightning strikes, short circuits, and so on.

  3. Copper Bonded grounding rod is created using an electrolytic cell, and a process known as electroplating. In this procedure, mild steel is electrolyte is coated with copper. A copper-bonded grounding rod such as Chem-Rod aids in passing fault current to the ground. A copper-bonded electrode protects people against electrical damage and shock caused by lightning. • One of the major functions of LEC Copper Bonded Grounding Rods is – to capture and dissipate the static discharge voltage (like lightning) to earth, thereby stabilizing voltages from the power source. In other words, the grounding rod provides an easy path for electricity to flow to earth saving any building or complex it is installed upon, from any problems like lightning strikes, power surges, short circuits, etc. Our copper bonded grounding rods can prevent fire, shock, and damage to human lives and resources and other electrical and electronic equipment.

  4. LEC Chem-Rod Features • • Used 100% copper for long life • • Low maintenance on site • • Easy & Fast Installation • • Designed for fast fault current Dissipation

  5. LEC Power Premium Quality back fill compound • We are pioneers in manufacturers & Dealers In Back fill compound • Compound is added with soil around the electrode to absorb moisture & leakage current • Due to conductive material improve soil resistivity • No Maintenance & long life • No need to add water from time to time

  6. 50 years of expertise and exposure: Founded 5 decades ago, today, Lightning Eliminators is one of the largest manufacturers of engineered products designed for earthing and lightning protection systems in America and beyond. We have 50 years of experience and exposure both in our country and overseas. From the very beginning itself, we have emphasized on excellence of the produced goods and innovation, and customer service. This has been the key to our continuous growth and development towards success.
