  2. Introduction uPVC as a polymer is extensively used in making fenestrations and other building materials. This material is durable, flexible, and recyclable due to which more and more people nowadays prefer installing doors and windows made of uPVC. These fenestrations not only protect from the vagaries of nature but there are also uPVC windows with mesh which help in keeping bugs and mosquitoes out of the house. The upcoming slides present an overview of the different kinds of mesh available for uPVC windows.

  3. Stainless Steel This has a very simple construction. It is made of steel wires put together in the form of a mesh. Being made of steel, this mesh is also extremely durable and strong. It is usually installed in places overlooking gardens and patios as these facilitate clear view and better air flow. These are also highly preferred as they are highly durable and do not corrode or rust that easily.

  4. Fibre Glass This is the most commonly used window mesh material. This material gains popularity from the fact that it does not corrode easily or even rust dent or come off. This material is very economical, flexible, and easy to install which further adds to its popularity as a material of choice for window mesh.

  5. Pet Resistant In households that have pets, a thicker mesh is always the ideal choice. Many pets tend to tear off the screen with fine mesh work but with a thicker and stronger pet in place, this would not be possible. Although the per resistant mesh blocks the view, they are highly preferred by pet parents for their functionality.

  6. Mesh Styles The different types of mesh available can be fitted in different styles as per the position of the window as well as its functionality. Most uPVC windows with mesh are either fitted in a pull-down, openable, pleated or sliding fashion to ensure the convenience of operation.
