FlexiFolio is your very own professional website, where you can tell others about yourself and showcase your work, your skills and your knowledge. You can choose to create your FlexiFolio with a custom domain name (www.yourname.com) or choose your own sub-domain (www.theflexiport.com/yourname). C Create your FlexiFolio in 6 easy steps and simply send your URL to poten?al clients to share your work. Follow the steps below to GET STARTED! TITLE AND BIO Enter a ‘Title’ for your FlexiFolio, which defines the service you provide. Write a brief summary upto 150 characters which highlights the work you do and your key skills. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF Enter your details in the form. Provide as much relevant informa?on as possible about your experience, previous projects, skills and knowledge. If possible please also name the clients you have worked with. Make sure this sec?on is detailed yet crisp and engaging. YOUR SKILLS This is where you can flaunt your skills in the field. List up to 6 skills and rate yourself against each. Remember - Be honest and realis?c in your ra?ngs, for a more produc?ve professional rela?onship. NAME YOUR #FlexiFolio Choose a URL for your #FlexiFolio. Check if the domain name is available. If not, enter an alternate name. You can also choose a sub-domain in case you do not want to register a domain name. Your URL address will be www.yourname.com OR www.theflexiport.com/YourName PAGE 1 of 2

  2. Your #FlexiFolio Guide SHOWCASE YOUR WORK Upload images, PDF documents or presenta?ons that you would like to showcase to other FlexiPort members. A good por?olio lends credibility to your FlexiFolio and provides opportuni?es best suited to you. PREVIEW AND PUBLISH Preview your FlexiFolio and make sure your informa?on is accurate. You can upload or choose a cover photo from op?ons available to you. Once you are sa?sfied with the layout and content you can choose to ACTIVATE your FlexiFolio or put it on HOLD to ac?vate your page later. Once ac?vated, your #FlexiFolio will be screened and if it is in line with the ‘TERMS OF USE’, approved within 48 working hours. PAGE 2 of 2
