Facility History - Formed in 1920 as the Muscatatuck State School and Indiana Farm Colony for Feeble Minded Youth - Later Renamed Muscatatuck State Development Center - The Facility Once housed Over 2000 Residents - In 2001 Muscatatuck was ordered to Shut Down by 2003 - The Indiana National Guard Assumed Control in 2004 - Muscatatuck Urban Training Center Became operational In July of 2005
